You got questions and we got answers!

  • YES!  As parents we would NEVER allow anything even questionable to be used by your family or team.  We are full insured and certified with SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) Inflatable Safety Operations Certification.  Also we go the extra mile with impact pads and deflation alarms for larger inflatables. 

    1. Find your perfect inflatable on our website, select the amount of time you want it for, and pay the deposit.
    2. You will receive an email confirmation.
    3. We will send a confirmation email with all details 5-7 days before your rental.  Also you will receive a payment link.
    4. We will call when we are on our way to deliver the inflatable.
    5. Sign the paperwork and tell us where you want it set up.
    6. You enjoy your inflatable to your hearts content!
    7. On pick up day, we will contact you when we are on the way to retrieve the inflatable. You do not have to be there at pick up.

  • Trust me it is not because you will get less, in fact you will get more than our competitors.  We don't do this to become rich.  We do it to help make memories at your events.  We are not "cheap" we are just not expensive.  If you can find a better price in the area I will beat it, guaranteed.   

  • As a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Army I am proud to offer a discount.  Please let us know before the final billing and we will give you one as a humble thank you for your service.

  • You bet we do!

    We fully inspect and clean each inflatable when it is returned. We also do an inspection with you (similar to a rental car walk around) during the set up appointment.  

    If for any reason you have a concern, give us a call!  

    1. Make sure you have sufficient space for the inflatable.  This includes any necessary height requirements!
    2. Ensure selected space is relatively flat, free of rocks or sharp objects, debris, and pet feces.
    3. A power source must be within 100' for the placement.  If you do not have a power source, we have rental generators available.
    4. Children MUST be supervised at all times while using the equipment!
    5. Have fun and tell your friends about the great experience you had.

  • We are the definition of a small business.  We are family owned and operated. We live, work and play in NWA!  

  • Yes, you can reschedule or cancel.

    Weather cancellations are at the discretion of Bouncetastic.  

    Outright cancellation will forfeit the security deposit.  

    Rescheduling is based on availability. Customer is responsible for any fee difference if a product change is required.  

    Changes within 7 days of rental date will incur a $25 change fee.

  • We accept all forms of payment!  Cash/Check please call us to make a reservation.  Credit/Debit cards maybe used on our site.  Any questions just reach out.
